By integrating Concierge Services with Home Watch visits, clients gain peace of mind, a dependable partner for meticulous management, and top-tier care. These services encompass a wide range of categories and are billed hourly, offering flexible options:
- Hourly Rate: Pay a flat rate per hour as needed.
- Package: Secure 16 hours in advance, available for use throughout 12 months. (Tasks often take about an hour, excluding Home Watch Visits)
- Membership: Commit to 8 hours monthly for a minimum of 4 months. Benefit from priority scheduling and the utmost care.

Package Receiving and Mail Forwarding
We can retrieve packages and place them in your home or gather your mail and forward to you while you’re away, reducing the appearance of an unoccupied home.
Expecting new furniture, maybe a new television or fridge? We can arrange to meet the delivery and be there to accept on your behalf. Once delivered and placed where you would like it, we will document and send you photos of the items received.
Vendor Coordination
Whether your home needs an emergency repair made to a leaking sink or simple, routine maintenance to your HVAC unit Property Watch Ohio can be your local liaison to allow access to your home and supervise any work being done. Through our local vendor network, we can coordinate with licensed and insured contractors and service professionals to tackle your home needs and be there to report back to you on the progress and completion of the work being done.

Owners are notified in advance and can opt out if preferred.

We configure water alarms, light timers, cameras, and devices to maintain your property’s safety. Ensuring door and window security is a priority. Unnecessary power loads are disconnected to conserve energy.
We meticulously organize and set up outdoor items, including hammocks, patio furniture, and flags. Your grill is taken care of, from covering/uncovering to propane management. Inside, we address refrigerator and pantry contents, handling storage, donations, or returns. Preparing the fireplace involves cleaning ashes and closing the chimney flue. Lastly, waste removal and other necessary services are initiated, completing our thorough seasonal preparation.
